They told me the end user is not allowed to service a Wotan. Main reason I sold the fork was their attitude, and the fact it was broken (performed very badly at 10c or colder). They kept claiming all forks where like that, but even the Wotan started working better after service (it had the top out problem so I got free service). I was contemplating on keeping it after the service since it worked well, but decided I'd rather keep away from a company with so lousy service (it probably works better in the US though).
