Since there is no such product as Ghost 11.5; what Symantec product do you have? There is more than one corporate product which includes the Ghost cloning tools now.

I recently purchased Symantec solution suite 2.5 that includes Ghost version 11.5. I used the ghost utility to create a bootable usb flash drive with cd/dvd rom support in order to create an image from a partition on a Dell Precision M2400 with TS-U633 Sata DVDRW drive. The usb flash boots to the ghost.exe but the cd/dvd drive is not shown as a source to create the image file. I have added the proper drivers from dell and modified the config.sys and autoexec.bat files. Fancy dress uk. Nothing has worked. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi, Any external USB HDD, USB Stick are not detected by Ghost, Ghost only visable SATA disk and virtual ghost disk(X), and it`s impassiblle do it image using Ghost, after add USB driver to boot.wim (from win7, XP,VISTA - not available): iusb3hub.sys,iusb3xhc.sys, ofcorses using AIK v1.0 to XPSP2,Vista, using command PEImg problem presist. IF add to boot.wim: iusb3hcs.sys (inf. File corrupted). It`s very strong, any idea how can do`it image using Ghost? Ghost 11.5 fully support the Intel Skylake platform and/or xHCI / USB3.0/?, because PC/Mobile where i try do it image have this chipset and using drive: Intel(R)USB3.0eXtensibleHostControllerDriver4.0.4.51.
