What Does Protected Program By Tv Pg Mean
I was given a Philips TV/DVD player built in, Dated August 2000, Model #CDV19BPH21. Some of the channels come in just fine, but MOST of them display a black screen with 'PROTECTED PROGRAM', 'By TV-14, or TV-PG, or TV-G.' There is NO menu button on the TV, anywhere! I have no idea how to get this problem solved.
